Well, the 8th Grade Science website is finally up and running. With any luck, it will stay that way. This won't replace the weekly/semi-weekly emails, but hopefully it will give you (parents and students) another tool to keep up on what is going on in the world of Olympia Science.
I have never had an "Assignment" page on my website before, but I've had many requests for up to date assignments and thought I'd give it a try. My goal is to update it once a week with the planned assignments and in-class work for the week. As many of you know, things can change, so please email me if what you see doesn't match what you're student says. Sometimes we move slower than planned; sometimes faster.
As always, I welcome any suggestions and comments about this website. It is, after all, a tool for you and I want it to be as helpful as possible. As with homework/classroom questions, feel free to call me at school or email me at stefanie.pool@olympia.org .
