Tomato Red Grape Hybrid

Lycopersicon lycopersicum Red Grape Hybrid
Tomato Red Grape Hybrid: Miniature grape-shaped red tomatoes in clusters of about 2 dozen on Tomato Red Grape Hybrid, a vining plant.
This indeterminate plant just keeps bearing and bearing!

Gourmet "Baby" Size and Super-Sweet Flavor!
Unbeatable disease resistance!

60 days from setting out transplants. Indeterminate. Boasting one of the best disease-fighting packages of any tomato, Red Grape is a great choice for new gardeners of all ages, as well as for experienced pros looking for a gourmet treat the whole family will love. This miniature grape variety is super-sweet and very productive, setting large bunches of fruit all season long on robust plants.

The fruit is bright, glossy, and about half the size of regular grape tomatoes. It is carried in bunches of about 24 all over vining plants that are resistant to everything from fusarium race 2 and tobacco mosaic virus to cracking, late blight, and leaf spot virus. They are even heat-tolerant, thriving in hot and humid climates where many tomatoes suffer foliar diseases. If you've never grown tomatoes before, Red Grape will give you a very rosy impression of how easy they are!

Start seeds indoors 5 to 6 weeks before the last frost date. Transplant outdoors when danger of frost is past and night temperatures consistently remain above 55 degrees F. If an unexpected late frost is forecasted, protect young plants with plastic sheeting or other cover. Set plants 2 to 2 1/2 feet apart.
